my first team on the floor. baltimore orioles. but, after 2 months, some of the team swapped to graveyard shifts and they are the people in the yellow circles. and the one with the blue circle is ate roxanne, she already resigned. the rest are still my teammates with a different team captain: sir jesus luna. the one on the far right with the yellow circle was my former team captain. thank god i was not under her anymore c:

finally. after days of no internet (tinamad ako pumunta sa kasagingan). i can finally update now.

so, what happened to me this week?

i'll try to make this short and sweet :)

well, last wednesday (i think), we had the network magic training. this network magic is a software that claims to be the "all in one solution" to networking needs. in the contrary, it's the "all in one problem" software. anyway, so we had the training because it soon be part of our support. gahd. i they're really insane. i mean it, they're trying to make us do everything with little salary. gahd. gahd. gahd. && o.0. not only that, in the future, we will supporting trendmicro software, yahoo messanger, among others. they really are out of their minds.

on the brighter side of things...

last thursday, me, jan, kuya pat and ate ren went to seawall. well, basically, the reason why we went there was because for fishing. jan and kuya pat are fishing addicts and we found out last sunday that they could actually do fishing there. aside from fishing that they could do there, we could also enjoy the tiger sharks and the ostrichs , and okay, fine, the whole view as well.

and after hours of walking around, we decided to eat. jan and i had kwek-kwek while ate ren and kuya pat had "fishballs". and since, i'm such a pig, i insisted of eating balot, too. jan, ate ren and i ate balot, but kuya pat refused. boo-hoo for kuya pat, he was not in this pic.

we strolled around some more, until we all decided to eat dinner. after dinner, we went to people's park. we planned to take some more pictures, unfortunately, ate ren's camera was already low batt. so these were the only pictures we got:

people's park closes at 10:00, so at around 9:30, we all decided to call it a night and all went home.

i've been working for almost 4 months now and honestly and unfortunately, i still don't have any savings. yes, you read that right, i still don't have any savings at all. well, first, my salary isn't that big yet and i'm always oblige to give something at home. and i give almost half of what i receive every 10 and 25. hahaay. 4 months already and still no savings. dang it!

anyway, since i can't save any money. good thing mom decided to buy the laptop that my tita dang was selling. i thought, why not buy it, i mean, if i can't save, i might as well invest on something instead, right? so, i'm now the one who pays for the laptop every pay day and i don't give anything for the house anymore.

and i'm starting to love this baby. when i first got this, there were a lot of problems with it. first, the sound drive was uninstalled as well as the video card and second, there were no admin rights on the laptop. so,..since i'm a bit techie now (thanks to my call center career), jan and i tried to download the drivers for the sound and video card and reinstall the drivers. but then, another problem came up, we can't find on the device manager or anywhere in the computer the brand of the sound card. dang it! i was starting to lose hope and would just like to return the laptop

but then, heaven is really good, jan's brother, ahia pat, is really good with computers and he suggested to just reinstall the whole operating system. and i agreed although i was a bit nervous about the whole thought, but then again, he's my only hope. so, he reinstalled the o.s. and viola! the laptop was good as new, it was even downloaded with the softwares/programs that i need. hahaay, and the best thing about it, it was for free. weee! :D. well, since i'm an angel (lolx!) i just treated ahia pat and the rest of the family 2 pan pizzas last payday. :)

so, i now have the laptop plus a new printer, btw. however, we still don't have any internet connection at home which is still fine with me, although mom wants to put an internet at home. i'm quite undecided for that one, i mean, i'm not yet finish paying the laptop and here comes another bill every month. i don't want to have a lot of money issues in mind, yenoe. so, if i'm really the one to decide, i think i would say no for that one (no matter how tempting it is, hehe).

and since we still do not have any internet connection at home, i found this cafe where they serve great coffee and great "tworon" with belgian chocolate with free wi-fi. i love this place which is called kasagingan. aside from the free wi-fi, they would also allow you to charge your laptop there as long as you want.

speaking of the "tworon" which i always order everytime at kasagingan, becauase one, it's cheap. it's just 35pesos (kuripot! hahaha), two, it's really yummy. it's really best with belgian chocolate, although they also have the tworon with caramel. tuyums said it's not really good with caramel and i was right. i really can't imagine banana with caramel o.0.

i checked my old blog and the last time i blogged was april 10 2008.

so what happened starting april 11 2008 until now?

well, for almost 5 months i've been through hell. don't ask why. and after those 5 long months of hell, major changes happened.

1. major physical changes.

seriously, yenoe. hahah :)). i changed from this:

see the hair? i lurve the hair! hahah :)). and it may not be obvious on the pictures, but i was such a pig before and now, i'm oh so thin. hahah :)). tuyums keeps on complaining about it, she can't find comfort on my arms anymore. i think she's insisting i'm malnourished already. nyahahaha :)). *i don't think so tuyums, minsan lang yata. lolx!*

2. from school geek to hard ass working girl

yes. due to unbearable depression on the 5months in hell, i decided to finally stop school. well, c'mon pokemon, i don't like my course and i'm so fed up (2 ojts. you got to be kidding me o.0). and since i don't fancy being a bum, i looked for a job. i tried applying to some of the call centers here in davao. i tried western watts, call box (where i never got an interview) and concentrix. thankfully, i wasn't hired at western watts and didn't have the interview at call box because i think concentrix was the perfect call center for me. so, after the interview and weeks of bloody training (technical training), i passed and now a probationary employee there and hopefully (fingers crossed), i'll be a regular employee next month *yey* ^^

3. new friends

what's with the new life without new friends, right? so, during the training, i met this wonderful people whom i terribly miss. during the tech. training, we used to go out and used kuya elgin's car. we went to places ate hannah haven't gone to (ate hannah's from gen. san., btw). and it was really fun. i always wish that we would really be given a whole day to be together again.

4. new guy

and to finally complete my "new life" drama, a new guy came as well. i met him at the office. and never in a million years would i ever imagined we would end up together (cliche *hmph). but seriously, . . okay, maybe i came to a point where i thought of it, but it was short lived. even when we were dating, i already shrugged off the thought of us being together. but, what can i say, i haven't lose my touch. lolx! (picture/s will be out next time *pabitin tactics* lolx!)

what can i say to sum it up? i'm perfectly happy and contented. i love my old friends and i love my new friends and i love my new guy and i loved my old life and i'm loving my new life. what more could i ask for? c:

i've been on hiatus for like, what? almost a year i guess. tons of shit happened that's why the show had to stop. and after a year, someone finally decided to be the producer and created a new show.

the new show is titled "universe". it's not very far from my old blog. it just goes to show that i love stars and moon and the whole universe.

eumimi a.k.a. tuyums (sea urchin) had been telling me that we go back to the blogging world, and i always said "i don't have time" and/or "i'm busy". and now, i finally found the time (well, it's just my excuse, really. i mean i always have the time, i just don't have the ass to blog again *smile*) to blog again and i guess tuyums wouldn't have the ass to go back to blogging since she's so hooked up with facebook (pet society) and multiply (online shopping).

oh well, i'm starting all over again. new pages and posts and blahs and more blahs soon. c:
